What's Covered If your YOURS piece ever fades, tarnishes, discolors, or fails to hold its finish under normal wear, we will replace it. No forms. No fine print. No questions asked.

How to Claim Simply email Support@yours-jewelry.co with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

What's Not Covered Our guarantee covers the integrity of the piece itself — the coating, the finish, the material. It does not cover physical damage caused by impact, bending, or misuse (for example, a broken clasp due to force, or a piece that has been bent out of shape).

Our Promise YOURS is made from premium 316L stainless steel with a double-coated PVD finish — built to survive salt water, sunscreen, showers, and real life. If it ever doesn't live up to that promise, we want to know. That's the only guarantee YOURS is built on.
