Processing Time Every YOURS order is processed and dispatched within 1 business day of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Time — United States Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves us.
Delivery Time — International We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 8–14 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or customs fees.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to activate after dispatch.
Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you need to make a change, contact us at Support@yours-jewelry.co within 6 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it. YOURS is not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
