How do I place an order? Browse yours-jewelry.co, add your pieces to cart, and check out. All payments are processed securely. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

How long does delivery take? US orders ship within 1 business day and arrive within 5–7 business days. International orders typically take 8–14 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order? Contact us at Support@yours-jewelry.co within 6 hours of placing your order. Once dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

My order hasn't arrived — what do I do? First, check your tracking email. If your estimated delivery window has passed, email us at Support@yours-jewelry.co with your order number. We will look into it immediately.

Returns & Warranty

Can I return my piece if it doesn't feel right? Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return any piece, unused and in its original packaging. Email us at Support@yours-jewelry.co to start the process.

My piece arrived damaged — what now? We're sorry. Email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement right away.

What does the lifetime guarantee cover? Everything related to the finish and material integrity of the piece. If your YOURS piece ever fades, tarnishes, or discolors under normal wear — we replace it. Full stop.
