We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-Day Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any YOURS piece for a full refund. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
To start a return, email us at Support@yours-jewelry.co with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize. Email us at Support@yours-jewelry.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you — no return required.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.
Non-Returnable Items We are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged after delivery, or returned outside of the 30-day window.
